A - 1 Yogi - 4800 HKD
- 1.5 hours shoot, 20 photos with fine retouch & give the rest taken good shots.
- Outdoor within ONE location.
B - 2 Yogis - 6600 HKD ( 3300 per person )
- 2 hours shoot, 40 photos with fine retouch & give the rest taken good shots.
- Outdoor within ONE location
B - 3 Yogis - 8400 HKD ( 2800 per person )
- 3 hours shoot, 60 photos with fine retouch & give the rest taken good shots.
- Outdoor within TWO locations
C - 4 Yogis - 9600 HKD ( 2400 per person)
- 4 hours shoot, 80 photos with fine retouch & give the rest taken good shots.
- Outdoor within TWO locations
D - 5 Yogis - 11000 HKD (2200 per person)
- 5 hours shoot, 100 photos with fine retouch & give the rest taken good shots.
- Outdoor around TWO to THREE locations
Outdoor shoot Note:
* Traveling time and the time in between spots changes are NOT including the working time.
* Transportation cost to the agreed locations will be borne by the client.
*Fine Retouch including body shape / skin / hair / cloth wrinkles
Extra Request
1: Each additional photo for Fine Retouch 300 HKD
2: Additional time, 700 HKD for half hour, 1200 HKD for one hour. ( partial half hour is as half hour, partial hour as a full hour. )
Booking Note
1： Once booking is confirmed, 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
2： Any amendments made within 7 days prior of your booking would need to be charged an additional fee 800 HKD.
3： The balance need to be settled on the shooting day. ( Receipt of the shoot can be provided with request. )
4： Please note deposits are not refundable for any cancellation or no show.
Shooting Note:
1： Make up, Styling are NOT included, if you need, I can arrange with my work partners.
2： Basic make up and hair styling is highly recommend for all the shoots.
3： For Studio shoot, you can come warm up in studio 30 minutes earlier.
4： Suggest to prepare the poses on your phone/prints out as references for the shoot.
5： Let me know your preferences of what kind of lighting / moods / locations, for better results - show me some photo references anytime before the shoot.
6: Studio has different colours of yoga mats, wooden colour yoga blocks, black colour yoga wheel, and aerial hammock in white, hoop in black, silk in wine red.
7: Feel free to bring 5-6 different outfits to match different lightings / themes.
8: Bring nipple covers if your bra tops are thin. ( for retouching efficiency )
9: If you are shooting alone, suggest you bring a yoga friend to come, they can help to assist you for balancing and take some BTS.
Delivery Note:
1: Photos will be delivered within 14 days after the shoot.
2: After the selections made from client, The Fine Retouched photos will be delivered within 80 days.
3: Photos will be delivered by Cloud storage with link given, please download all the images within 7 days. If client request to send the photos after the delivery period, a service fee 500 HKD will be charged.
4: Camera Raw Format Files will Not be offered.
Urgent Delivery:
1: The Fine Retouch photos can be done within 10 Days with urgent fee 2000 HKD add on.
Copyright and Usage
1: The retouched images offered to clients are for personal use on social media, websites and self teaching marketing material, NOT for resell or other commercial purpose.
2: Copyright of all images is retained by Freeman Yoga. Images might be used for website portfolio and social media feeds, if you don't prefer me using the images, please let me know.
